LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM FRAMES & FORKS - Coast Trail models are all built upon lightweight Series 1 aluminum frames and aluminum forks. This ensures that your young rider won't be held back by a heavy bike, as a lighter bike is easier to control and balance. The weight savings goes beyond the frame, and we ensured that every component spec'd offers the best balance of weight to durability. The Marin Bobcat Trail 3 is our most-affordable Bobcat, creating the biggest smiles for the least possible dollars. Its heart is a Series 2 aluminum frame that’s fast, comfy and fun on the trails. We've taken the Alcatraz 1 and scaled it down for smaller riders. Built upon the same tubing as the larger models, it features a 360mm reach, 69° headtube angle, and 72° seattube angle, with 369mm chainstays. A suspension-corrected rigid CrMo fork is designed to handle rough-and-rowdy riding, and a simple and stout single-speed drivetrain and Tektro mechanical disc brakes ensure a fun and safe ride.

URBAN WARRIOR The Marin Larkspur has all the looks of an old-school step-through but with chunky tanwall tires, wide rims, powerful disk brakes and the option of a dropper seat post. Beneath those old-school looks is a super modern and Marin Bikes-made steel frame and plenty of today’s standards to keep it right up to date. Why just roll to the deli or ride to work when you can take a detour down your favourite dirt track on the way? It's an adventure bike, it's a gravel bike, it's a mountain bike, it's a commuter bike... it's whatever you want it to be. The Marin Larkspur 1 is built around a Series 2 butted CrMo step-through frame, a curved CrMo fork and 27.5” wheels. It has high volume 2.35” Vee Tire Co tires, a microSHIFT 10-speed drivetrain, Tektro hydraulic brakes and plenty of reliable Marin components to complete the package. STEEL FRAME - Larkspur models feature butted Series 2 frames with a mixte step thru design for easy mounting and dismounting, even with baskets and baby seats. WIDE-RANGE 1X DRIVETRAINS - Both Larkspur models are built around modern, wide-range drivetrains, 10-speed on the Larkspur 1 and 11-speed on the Larkspur 2. These drivetrains are stout and have all the gearing most anyone could use, without relying on sometimes-fussy front derailleurs. Clutch-type rear derailleurs and narrow-wide front chainrings keep the chain on track, all the time. The Marin Bobcat Trail 4 is our mid-level Bobcat, packing plenty of fun into a bang-for-bike package. Very much a legit MTB, the Bobcat 4 is stacked with quality kit for off-road adventures and includes an SR/Suntour fork, Shimano CUES wide-range 10-speed shifting, and Tektro hydraulic brakes. Like all Bobcats, it’s built around a fast, comfy, and fun Series 2 aluminum frame and is available in 27.5" or 29" wheels, depending on frame size. The Marin Nicasio+ is our Nic’ with a modern twist, switching in big-volume 47mm rubber, 650b wheels and a sleek and straightforward 1X drivetrain. Those WTB Horizon 650Bx47mm tires not only provide a cloud-like ride, but also look super dreamy with tan sidewalls.

The Nicasio+ is for the rider looking for something different and modern, yet with traditional steel construction. Classic lines and CrMo frame tubes have the soul of a classic bike, with the geometry and 700c x 30mm-40mm or 650B x 47mm tires to let riders handle any surface. The Beyond Road Geometry offers a blend of endurance road handling with enhanced stability for off-pavement use. We've included six bottle mounts, rack and fender eyelets, lowrider fork mounts, generous tire clearance, and disc brakes to set you up for all conditions and all terrain. Don't be fooled; that classic frame material doesn't mean low-tech. We've used biometric fit data to offer five different frame sizes, with size-matched 650b or 700C wheels to suit riders between 4'11 perfectly" – 6'4". A high front end creates all-day comfort and heads-up visibility; off-road-ready geometry means you won't skip a beat when you head off the asphalt and explore Beyond Road. Series 4 aluminum MultiTrac 2 LT frames feature mixed 29"/27.5" wheels, 170mm front and 160mm rear travel, and the utmost in adjustability. Riders can alter the head tube angle and bottom bracket/chainstay length, as well as run 29" rear wheels if desired.
